Delete Your Account
If you would like to delete your Drop DJ account and all associated data, you can do so using either of the methods below.
Option 1: Delete from the App
Open Drop DJ, go to your Profile, tap "Delete Account", and confirm. Your account and data will be permanently deleted.
Option 2: Request via Email
Send an email to stupidhumansaas@gmail.com with the subject "Account Deletion Request". Please include the display name or email address associated with your account so we can locate it.
We will process your request within 30 days and confirm once complete.
What Gets Deleted
When your account is deleted, the following data is permanently removed:
- Your display name and profile information
- Your email address and sign-in credentials
- Gameplay history and scores
- Any other data associated with your account
Note: Subscription billing is handled by Apple, Google, or Paddle. Deleting your Drop DJ account does not automatically cancel an active subscription. Please cancel your subscription through your device settings or payment provider before requesting deletion.
